Shipping, Delivery & Returns
- The Postage dates are dates where parcels will be sent to SINGPOST, not to the address given.
- Dates for the following month will be updated at the end of each month on Instagram & Facebook.
- Self collection is FREE. It is only available in Woodlands Street 83 and do contact us after the order is made.
- All delivery is done by SINGPOST.
- We are currently using SMARTPAC. Tracking number for the order will be given as soon as order is sent to SINGPOST.
- SingPost will attempt to deliver the SmartPac Domestic product to the Recipient in the following order: -
- (a) Delivery to the Recipient’s door-step at the Recipient’s address as stated on the relevant SmartPac envelope (“Doorstep Delivery”). The Recipient or the person to whom the SmartPac Domestic product is handed over to at such address shall sign on the corresponding delivery note as an acknowledgement of the completion of Doorstep Delivery.
- (b) Delivery to the letterbox which corresponds to the address of the Recipient as stated on the relevant SmartPac Domestic product only after SingPost has attempted Doorstep Delivery without success (“Letterbox Delivery”). The postman delivering the SmartPac Domestic product shall sign on the corresponding delivery note as an indication of the completion of Letterbox Delivery.
- (c) If the letterbox referred to in paragraph (b) above is full or if the SmartPac Domestic product cannot be placed in the letterbox, SingPost will leave a delivery advice in such letterbox.
- (d) The Recipient may use the delivery advice to collect the SmartPac Domestic product from the post office stated on the delivery advice or subject to the payment of any applicable administrative charges, from any other post office as the Recipient may designate (“Self-Collection”).The Recipient shall sign on the corresponding delivery note upon receiving the SmartPac
- The SmartPac Domestic product shall be deemed to be delivered and SingPost’s obligations herein shall be deemed fully discharged: –
(a) upon completion of the Doorstep Delivery OR
- (b) upon completion of the Letterbox Delivery OR
- (c) upon Self-Collection by the Recipient OR
(d) upon the expiry of ten (10) Working Days from the date of the delivery advice.
- If the Recipient DOES NOT collect the SmartPac Domestic product within 10 working days, the parcel may be disposed of in such manner as SingPost deems fit. Aazeen Abaya WILL NOT replace the item in such situations.
- Strictly NO refunds.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only with the same design (subject to availability). If you need an exchange, send us an message at +65 9067 8584 and send your item to: Block 856 Woodlands street 83 #07-02 Singapore 730856.
- You can only exchange with a different design if the design you originally ordered is out of stock.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Our policy lasts 15 days from date posted/delivered(registered mail). If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- Please use registered mail. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In any case that we do not receive your returned item, a replacement item will NOT be given to you.
- Exchange is NOT allowed for change of colour or size.
